Veneto Capital Management, LLC is a privately-held real estate investment management company with substantial experience managing all classes of commercial real estate assets. Through its affiliated entities, Veneto Capital Management acquires commercial real estate properties (and entities that own real estate assets) throughout the United States.

Veneto Capital Management is currently managing acquisitions for its affiliated entities, Veneto Capital SPV, LLC and Veneto Capital Partners Fund III, LLC. Both Veneto Capital Partners funds are fully discretionary investment funds.

The founder of Veneto Capital is Faraz Daneshgar. Mr. Daneshgar has over 30 years of real estate investment, private equity and corporate law experience, and he has acquired over 100 commercial real estate assets over his career.

Veneto Capital’s senior team is comprised of seasoned professionals with extensive acquisition, asset management, and finance expertise.

Since its founding in 2014, the firm has built a strong reputation for its high level of integrity and professionalism.

All investment decisions are made by the senior principals of Veneto Capital, with no approvals required from an outside Investment Committee. The resulting streamlined investment decision-making process provides an extremely high level of certainty of close to parties with whom Veneto Capital conducts business.
