The founder of Veneto Capital is Faraz Daneshgar. Mr. Daneshgar has 25 years of real estate investment, private equity and corporate law experience, and he has acquired over 70 commercial real estate assets over his career.

All investment decisions are made by the senior principals of Veneto Capital, with no approvals required from an outside Investment Committee. The resulting streamlined investment decision-making process provides an extremely high level of “certainty of close” to brokers and sellers with whom Veneto Capital conducts business.
Veneto Capital also has significant experience acquiring assets that are not formally listed for sale, and the firm provides generous “buy-side” commissions or consulting fees to brokers and non-broker professionals who present such opportunities.
