- Hotels (Preferably 150+ guest rooms)
- Mixed-Use / Retail (50,000+ sq ft)
- Office / Industrial (50,000+ sq ft)
- Vacant Land (Entitled or unentitled)

Veneto Capital generally acquires properties in the $15 million to $50 million transaction size.
To complement the Fund’s equity capital, Veneto Capital has a formal arrangement with a top U.S. financial institution, which enables the Fund to close on transactions ranging up to $50 million in transaction value on an all-cash basis.
