Veneto Capital seeks to invest in market rate and affordable multi-family projects throughout the United States, and other classes of real estate assets (including hotels, mixed-use, and retail) with a value-add component.

TRANSACTION SIZE

Veneto Capital generally acquires properties in the $40 million to $100 million transaction size.

To complement the Fund’s equity capital, Veneto Capital has a formal arrangement with a top U.S. financial institution, which enables the Fund to close on transactions ranging up to $100 million in transaction value on an all-cash basis.
